Yoga, Fitness and Meditation Retreat at Kirpal Meditation and Ecological Center


So many memories were made on this trip.  Co-hosted by my friend Lisa Rundall, we started each day with a workout in the Yoga Hale or at Isaac Hale Park, right by the ocean.  Workouts were followed by the most amazing, healthy, fresh breakfast and after having some time to let breakfast settle in, we all gathered for more yoga.  The days were open and several attendees made trips to the thermal pools nearby or headed back to Isaac Hale park for sun and surfer watching.  Lunch was served at 1 pm and you could count on it being delicious, fresh, vegan, and filling enough to get you through the weekend and one more yoga class!  More free time left space for more exploration or relaxation, depending on what you needed that day.  And, of course the most delectable dinner was served around 6:30, leaving us just enough time for a little Yin or Yoga Nidra before bedtime.  This was the experience of a lifetime and I can’t wait to do it again.
