I am thrilled to announce the third edition of my 6 Week SHRED!!! This program combines the best of my HIIT, at-home weight training, yoga workouts, as well as a sample meal plan. This program has proven to help women create new healthy habits, set aside time for themselves and lose weight.
We will be focused on crushing effective workouts and eating smart and healthy meals. Throughout this process I will also teach you how to improve satiety and insulin sensitivity.
We will maintain an active accountability group on Facebook that will not only keep you motivated and inspired, but also give you a place to ask questions and share your successes.
